On August 31,2016 USCIS announced that they have updated Form I-601A, Application for Provisional Unlawful Presence Waiver; Form I-360, Petition for Amerasian, Widow(er), or Special Immigrant; Form I-694, Notice of Appeal of Decision Under INA §245A or §210; and Form N-336, Request for a Hearing on a Decision in Naturalization Proceedings.
